These Contract Terms are an integral part of the terms and conditions of use of the website https://coloramazonia.com/, which is owned by INVECHAT S.A.S. and apply to all purchase transactions carried out through it.
INVECHAT S.A.S. reserves the right, in the event of typographical errors, to modify products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions or to reject or limit the quantities included in any commercial offer presented on the website. In such a case, INVECHAT S.A.S. will inform the customer by email or correspondence to the addresses provided and will provide reversal mechanisms in the event that payment has already been received.
The products offered on this site (books, posters, stickers) are produced in limited runs. INVECHAT S.A.S. does not guarantee the permanent availability of any reference once stock is exhausted.
The products are produced directly by INVECHAT S.A.S., unless otherwise indicated on the main product banner.

INVECHAT S.A.S. is established in Colombian territory. Product prices shown on the website include VAT (IVA), as well as all applicable taxes and levies. Books are exempt from VAT (Art. 478 Tax Statute).
Registration is not necessary to make a purchase, but the person must provide their email and all personal data essential to fulfill the online purchase agreement.
It is the customer's obligation to enable product delivery by indicating the address where it can be delivered and providing sufficient instructions in the comments so that the carrier can deliver under normal conditions.

All transactions are processed through Wompi. Payment can be made with credit cards, debit cards, PSE, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Colombian Pesos (COP).
Payment can be made with international cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), but the charge will be made in Colombian pesos. INVECHAT S.A.S. does not offer installment payment systems or cash on delivery. The product is sent only after full confirmation of payment.
Once the order is confirmed, the user will be automatically redirected to the payment page. There, the corresponding payment process must be followed. INVECHAT S.A.S. does NOT store financial information of customers. The customer must have their keys enabled for electronic payments with the banking entity.
By proceeding with payment, the person accepts that they are legally capable of performing the procedure and is the owner of the means of payment or is authorized to use it. Transaction receipts can be printed as proof of payment; however, the transaction will be subject to verification of the effective entry of funds, and in the event that entry is not verified, the resource will be understood as unpaid and the person will be responsible for canceling the pending amount.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination. The user will receive a tracking number. INVECHAT S.A.S. is not responsible for logistical delays external to its operation.
INVECHAT S.A.S. makes every effort for the order to arrive in the shortest possible time, with a maximum delivery period of thirty (30) calendar days, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are beyond the control of INVECHAT S.A.S. and depend on the destination, carrier, and specific transport conditions.
In the event that delivery exceeds thirty (30) calendar days, the customer may obtain a refund of the sums paid without any cost. The refund will be made within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days.
When an offer consists of more than one unit or different references, INVECHAT S.A.S. reserves the right to make partial shipments, even from different origins or from the manufacturer's facilities, without additional cost to the customer.
The delivery place will be the entrance door of the address provided by the customer. In residential or commercial units, the main entrance will be taken as the delivery place.
The carrier may request the printed purchase invoice and ID document from the person authorized to receive the goods.
The authorized person must be of legal age and must complete the transport document as proof of receipt to satisfaction with clear name, signature, and ID number.
In the event that the product arrives with external damage, hits, or scratches, it must NOT be received. In this case, the customer must communicate immediately through customer service channels.
The delivery time is subject to the carrier's logistical capacity. INVECHAT S.A.S. does not commit to a specific delivery time.
If the right of withdrawal (retracto) is used, the contract will be resolved and the money paid to INVECHAT S.A.S. must be reimbursed.
The product must be returned unused and in the same state it was delivered, in perfect aesthetic and functional conditions, with packaging and labels. Transport costs for the return will be covered by the customer.
The maximum term to exercise this right is five (5) business days from delivery.
Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days once the product is at the disposal of INVECHAT S.A.S. and Consumer Protection requirements are met.
The warranty term is three (3) business days from delivery, unless otherwise indicated. It applies to manufacturing defects or printing errors.
The user has three (3) business days from delivery to request a warranty. The request must be sent to [email protected] with photos of the defect and order number.
INVECHAT S.A.S. does not have telephone or WhatsApp service. All support is handled exclusively via [email protected] with a response time of one business day.
Purchases are subject to Colombian law. Any conflict will be resolved by the competent courts according to the legal regulations in force.
