ONLINE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

General Conditions

These Contract Terms are an integral part of the terms and conditions of use of the website https://coloramazonia.com/, which is owned by INVECHAT S.A.S. and apply to all purchase transactions carried out through it.

INVECHAT S.A.S. reserves the right, in the event of typographical errors, to modify products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions or to reject or limit the quantities included in any commercial offer presented on the website. In such a case, INVECHAT S.A.S. will inform the customer by email or correspondence to the addresses provided and will provide reversal mechanisms in the event that payment has already been received.

Product Portfolio

The products offered on this site (books, posters, stickers) are produced in limited runs. INVECHAT S.A.S. does not guarantee the permanent availability of any reference once stock is exhausted.

The products are produced directly by INVECHAT S.A.S., unless otherwise indicated on the main product banner.

Website content regarding products, such as specifications, characteristics, and photographs, is for guidance only and may, at times, show provisional information.

Prices and Availability

Prices and availability shown on the website are applicable only to purchases made through it; these may differ from other sales channels established by INVECHAT S.A.S.

INVECHAT S.A.S. makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that such an error should occur at any time, beyond the will of INVECHAT S.A.S., it would proceed immediately to its correction.

If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, INVECHAT S.A.S. will communicate said error to the customer. Similarly, in case a requested product is not available, the customer will be informed of the lack of availability.

In both cases, you may obtain a refund of the sums paid at no cost, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days.

Due to the online update nature of the website, the price or availability of a product can change at any time and without prior notice. The price taken into account for the calculation of the payment and the placement of the corresponding commercial offer will be the one current at the moment of confirming the order on the website order form.

Sales through this channel are directed to the final consumer in accordance with the definition of Law 1480 of 2011.

Promotions

The promotions, offers, and gifts that the website may offer are only applicable to purchases made through it; these may differ from other sales channels established by INVECHAT S.A.S.

Shopping Cart

When a product is selected, it is automatically added to the shopping cart. There, quantities can be changed or the product removed according to the purchase intention. The shopping cart is for guidance only and does not represent a quote or commitment to maintain prices within the website.

Taxes

INVECHAT S.A.S. is established in Colombian territory. Product prices shown on the website include VAT (IVA), as well as all applicable taxes and levies. Books are exempt from VAT (Art. 478 Tax Statute).

Registration

Registration is not necessary to make a purchase, but the person must provide their email and all personal data essential to fulfill the online purchase agreement.

It is the customer's obligation to enable product delivery by indicating the address where it can be delivered and providing sufficient instructions in the comments so that the carrier can deliver under normal conditions.

In case of failure to comply with these obligations, INVECHAT S.A.S. will NOT have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of product delivery.

Payment

All transactions are processed through Wompi. Payment can be made with credit cards, debit cards, PSE, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Colombian Pesos (COP).

Payment can be made with international cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), but the charge will be made in Colombian pesos. INVECHAT S.A.S. does not offer installment payment systems or cash on delivery. The product is sent only after full confirmation of payment.

Once the order is confirmed, the user will be automatically redirected to the payment page. There, the corresponding payment process must be followed. INVECHAT S.A.S. does NOT store financial information of customers. The customer must have their keys enabled for electronic payments with the banking entity.

By proceeding with payment, the person accepts that they are legally capable of performing the procedure and is the owner of the means of payment or is authorized to use it. Transaction receipts can be printed as proof of payment; however, the transaction will be subject to verification of the effective entry of funds, and in the event that entry is not verified, the resource will be understood as unpaid and the person will be responsible for canceling the pending amount.

Transactions made through the website are the responsibility of the available platforms. The platforms enabled in the purchase button may change at any time.

Payment Reversal

The customer may request a payment reversal only for the following reasons:

  • Fraudulent purchases or unsolicited operations.
  • When the acquired product is not received.
  • When the delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective.

This request must be submitted within five (5) business days following the date the customer became aware of the fraudulent operation or when the product should have been received or was received as defective or incorrect.

The reversal request must indicate:

  • The reason supporting the request, which may only be one of the mentioned options.
  • The value for which the reversal is requested.
  • Attach a copy of the transaction (voucher or proof of payment with number, date, and time).
  • Attach a copy of the ID document of the payment method owner with which the purchase was made.
  • Attach a bank account certification for the account with which the operation was performed.

Each request will be reviewed, and if applicable, the reversal will be carried out within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days by all members of the payment process. The foregoing, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection regulations.

Invoicing

The customer authorizes INVECHAT S.A.S. to send the purchase invoice to the email address provided during the purchase process.

Shipping of Goods

Purchases on this website apply only for shipments within Colombian territory. If you are abroad, you must purchase our products through our official store on Amazon, subject to the terms and conditions of said platform.

Shipments are made from Colombia through the carrier Coordinadora. Estimated delivery times once the order is dispatched are:

  • Same city (Local): Next-day delivery.
  • Main cities: 1 business day.
  • North and South of the country (Coast/Pasto): 2 business days.
  • Remote areas: Between 3 and 5 business days.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination. The user will receive a tracking number. INVECHAT S.A.S. is not responsible for logistical delays external to its operation.

INVECHAT S.A.S. makes every effort for the order to arrive in the shortest possible time, with a maximum delivery period of thirty (30) calendar days, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are beyond the control of INVECHAT S.A.S. and depend on the destination, carrier, and specific transport conditions.

In the event that delivery exceeds thirty (30) calendar days, the customer may obtain a refund of the sums paid without any cost. The refund will be made within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days.

When an offer consists of more than one unit or different references, INVECHAT S.A.S. reserves the right to make partial shipments, even from different origins or from the manufacturer's facilities, without additional cost to the customer.

Product Delivery

The delivery place will be the entrance door of the address provided by the customer. In residential or commercial units, the main entrance will be taken as the delivery place.

The carrier may request the printed purchase invoice and ID document from the person authorized to receive the goods.

The authorized person must be of legal age and must complete the transport document as proof of receipt to satisfaction with clear name, signature, and ID number.

In the event that the product arrives with external damage, hits, or scratches, it must NOT be received. In this case, the customer must communicate immediately through customer service channels.

The delivery time is subject to the carrier's logistical capacity. INVECHAT S.A.S. does not commit to a specific delivery time.

Right of Withdrawal

If the right of withdrawal (retracto) is used, the contract will be resolved and the money paid to INVECHAT S.A.S. must be reimbursed.

The product must be returned unused and in the same state it was delivered, in perfect aesthetic and functional conditions, with packaging and labels. Transport costs for the return will be covered by the customer.

The maximum term to exercise this right is five (5) business days from delivery.

Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days once the product is at the disposal of INVECHAT S.A.S. and Consumer Protection requirements are met.

Legal Warranty

The warranty term is three (3) business days from delivery, unless otherwise indicated. It applies to manufacturing defects or printing errors.

The user has three (3) business days from delivery to request a warranty. The request must be sent to [email protected] with photos of the defect and order number.

Customer Service Channels

INVECHAT S.A.S. does not have telephone or WhatsApp service. All support is handled exclusively via [email protected] with a response time of one business day.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Purchases are subject to Colombian law. Any conflict will be resolved by the competent courts according to the legal regulations in force.

Validity and Headings

If any provision is declared null, the others will remain valid. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

External Links (Amazon)

International purchases redirected to Amazon are governed by Amazon's privacy policies; data provided there is not managed by INVECHAT S.A.S.

Authorization for Personal Data Processing

By purchasing, the user authorizes INVECHAT S.A.S. (NIT 901503497) to treat personal data under Law 1581 of 2012 and Habeas Data regulations for the following purposes:

Information Collection and Purpose

Data is collected when purchasing for Colombian shipments or contacting us voluntarily. Data (name, ID, phone, address, email) is used only for Logistics, Invoicing, and Support. We do not use data for mass advertising or spam.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Personal data will be managed securely and processed through the following strategic allies:

  • Wompi: Payment gateway in charge of processing the bank transaction securely.
  • Siigo: Technological platform used for the issuance and delivery of your electronic sales invoice.
  • Coordinadora: Shipping company to which we provide your name, address, and telephone number exclusively for the physical delivery of the package.

Data processing by The Company will comply with Law 1581 of 2012. Information is presumed truthful and delivered by the Data Subject or authorized representative.

Authorization is granted regardless of future changes or substitutions of the aforementioned strategic allies, provided they fulfill functions related to payments, invoicing, and logistics.

The data subject has the right to (i) know, update, and rectify their data regarding partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractioned, or misleading information; (ii) request proof of authorization; (iii) be informed about the treatment; (iv) file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; (v) revoke authorization and request data deletion under Law 1581 of 2012; (vi) access processed data free of charge.
