Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to the Color Amazonía website (https://coloramazonia.com/). By performing a transaction on this site, you agree to the following contractual terms and conditions.

1. Products and Limited Editions

The products offered on this site (books, posters, stickers) are produced in limited runs. Color Amazonía does not guarantee the permanent availability of any item once stock is exhausted. The products are produced directly by us, and the book was printed in Spain under the edition of Mesa Estándar.

2. Sales Channels and Payments

Purchases on this website apply exclusively to shipments within Colombian territory.

• Payment Gateway: All transactions are securely processed through Wompi. We accept credit cards, debit cards, PSE, and bank transfers.
• Currency: All payments are processed in Colombian Pesos (COP).
• International Payments: We accept international cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), but the charge will be made in Colombian Pesos.
• Financing: We do not offer installment plans or cash-on-delivery (COD). The product is dispatched only after full payment confirmation.
• Taxes: The book is exempt from VAT (Art. 478 Colombian Tax Statute). Other products include the corresponding VAT in the final price.

3. Shipping and Delivery Times (Colombia)

Dispatches are made from Colombia through the carrier Coordinadora.

Estimated delivery times once the order is dispatched are:

• Same City (Local): Next day delivery.
• Main Cities: 1 business day.
• North and South of the country (Coast/Pasto): 2 business days.
• Remote Areas: Between 3 and 5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination. The user will receive a tracking number to monitor their order. Color Amazonía is not responsible for logistical delays beyond our operations.

4. International Sales

This website does not process shipments outside of Colombia. If you are abroad, you must purchase our products through our official store on Amazon, subject to the terms and conditions of that platform.

5. Strict Return and Warranty Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we operate under the following strict policies:

• We do not offer money refunds under any circumstance, except for a verifiable operational error on our part.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as the billing and logistics process begins automatically.
• Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or printing errors.

6. Claim Process

In case of receiving a defective product, the user has a maximum period of 3 business days after receipt to report it.

Procedure:

1. Send an email to [email protected] attaching photos of the defect and the order number.
2. If the damage occurred during transport, the claim must be processed under the insurance policies of the carrier (Coordinadora).
3. If it is a manufacturing defect and the claim is approved, Color Amazonía will cover the costs of the new shipment.

7. Customer Service

Color Amazonía does not offer support via telephone or WhatsApp. All support will be channeled exclusively through the email [email protected], with an estimated response time of one business day (Monday to Friday during office hours).

Privacy Policy and Data Processing

At Color Amazonía, we respect your privacy and comply with Colombian data protection regulations (Habeas Data). This policy transparently explains how we handle your information.

1. Data Collection

Our website collects personal data only in two specific situations:

1. When you purchase our products (Books/Posters) for shipping within Colombia.
2. When you voluntarily contact us via email or contact form.

Important clarification: This website does not have a user registration system. We do not request or store passwords, nor do we keep credit card data.

2. Purpose of Data

The basic data requested in the purchase form (Name, ID Number/NIT, Phone, Address, and Email) are used strictly for operational purposes:

• Logistics: To generate the shipping label so the order reaches its destination.
• Invoicing: To issue the legal sales invoice according to tax laws.
• Support: To contact you only in case of delivery updates or to respond to your requests.

Color Amazonía does not use this data for sending mass advertising, newsletters, or spam.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

To successfully process your order, it is technically necessary to share specific data with the following strategic partners:

• Wompi: Payment gateway responsible for securely processing the banking transaction.
• Siigo: Technological platform used for the issuance and sending of your electronic sales invoice.
• Coordinadora: Shipping carrier to whom we provide your name, address, and phone number exclusively to effect the physical delivery of the package.

4. External Links (Amazon)

If you select the international purchase option, you will be redirected to the Amazon platform. Any data you provide there will be governed by Amazon's privacy policies and will not be visible to or managed by Color Amazonía.

5. Service Channels

Color Amazonía does not offer service via WhatsApp or telephone. All data handling and customer support are centralized through email.

6. Owner Rights (Habeas Data)

As the owner of your data, you have the right to know, update, rectify, or request the deletion of your information from our operational databases (except for data that must be retained for legal/fiscal obligations). To exercise these rights, please write to the official email: [email protected].
